Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records, ensuring proper documentation and recording of all transactions in the company's accounting software.
- Complete periodic accounts and bank reconciliations.
- Assist in day-to-day accounting activities.
- Generate invoices as needed.
- Ensure timely entry of vendor invoices for payment processing.
- Perform monthly closings of accounts and prepare monthly financial statements.
- Communicate directly with Overseas Agents, Local Vendors, and Customers to verify receipt of invoices and conduct weekly Statement of Account (SOA) analysis.
- Cross-verify accounts books with Overseas Agents and arrange for timely payments.
- Prepare journal entries accurately.
- Verify items billed against purchase orders and reconcile any discrepancies through follow-up with

vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain all relevant files and documents in proper order for internal and auditor purposes.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including invoicing, payment processing, and account reconciliation.
- Monitor and analyze expenditure schedules, identify variances, and initiate corrective actions when necessary.
- Maintain an organized accounting filing system.
- Oversee the month-end closing process, including journal entries, analysis, and reconciliations.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
