**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Accounting & Bookkeeping**:

- Maintain accurate financial records, including journals, ledgers, and reconciliation reports.
- Record daily transactions and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
- **Financial Reporting**:

- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Generate reports on sales, expenses, and budgets for management review.
- **Accounts Payable & Receivable**:

- Manage invoicing, billing, and payment processes.
- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- **Tax Compliance**:

- Ensure timely filing of GST and other applicable taxes.
- Assist in audits and liaise with external auditors and regulatory authorities.
- **Support & Analysis**:

- Provide insights and data analysis for cost-saving initiatives.
- Support senior accountants in preparing budgets and forecasts.

**Requirements**:

- **Educational Background**: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 1-2 years of experience in accounting or finance is preferred. Freshers with strong academic backgrounds may also apply.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or Zoho Books).
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- **Personal Skills**:

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work under deadlines and multitask effectively.
