The Junior Accounts Executive will assist the accounts department in day-to-day financial operations including data entry, invoice processing, payment tracking, bank reconciliation, and support in audits. The role requires attention to detail, basic knowledge of accounting principles, and familiarity with GST and TDS rules.

**Qualifications**:

- B.Com / M.Com / BBA / MBA (Finance)
- 0-4years of relevant experience

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Daily Accounting Tasks**:

- Record day-to-day accounting transactions (sales, purchases, expenses, receipts, etc.).
- Handle petty cash entries and maintain vouchers.
- **Invoice & Payment Handling**:

- Prepare and process vendor bills, purchase orders, and sales invoices.
- Follow up on payments and assist with accounts payable/receivable tracking.
- **Bank & Ledger Reconciliation**:

- Perform monthly bank reconciliations.
- Assist in reconciliation of vendor and customer ledgers.
- **Tax & Compliance Support**:

- Assist in preparation and filing of GST returns and TDS working.
- Maintain proper documentation for tax audits and statutory compliance.
- **Key Skills & Competencies**:

- Knowledge of accounting basics and principles
- Proficiency in Tally / Zoho Books / Excel
- Familiarity with GST, TDS, and statutory compliance
- Attention to detail and good organizational skills
- Strong communication and time management

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
