**Job Summary**:
The Security Officer will drive the development and standardization of security policies and programs for safeguarding corporate business operations. He would oversee the security of the location including other security personnel deployed at the location. He will report to the HR head of the location. This position has direct management responsibility for the delivery of effective plant security operations and emergency/incident response. Provide support in safety, and business continuity, as well as physical security design/installation in Corporate Office.

**Essential Functions**:

- Represent Pinkerton's core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
- Facilitate, coordinate, and support the execution of effective plant security, crisis management and incident response program.
- Provide input to support security design projects during the construction phase and evaluate security fit-out plans.
- Develop scheduled security-related training workshop; in line with Plant Security Program for the security team and associates within Office.
- Perform other security-related duties as required or assigned by HR Manager.
- Coordinate with the local authorities in case the situation demands collaboration with HR manager.
- Coordinate with stakeholders during any incident and assist in incident management.

**Education, Experience, and Certifications**:
**Competencies**:

- Intelligence interpretation, security/risk threats, and investigation management experience.
- Strong ability to adapt and adjust quickly to a variety of situations, making well-informed decisions with minimum supervision.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to communicate clearly and concisely (both written and verbal, presentation and interpersonal skills).
- Understanding of crisis operations, risk management, and crisis communication.
- Experience writing and publishing security standards.
- Strong working knowledge of physical security systems and components.
- Skilled in developing metrics and in conducting security related trend analysis.
- Ability to deliver security awareness training programs.
- Advanced skills in all Microsoft products
