**Job Summary**:
The Chief Security Officer will drive the development and standardization of security policies and programs for safeguarding corporate business operations. This position has direct management responsibility for the delivery of effective corporate security operations and emergency/incident response. Provide support in safety, and business continuity, as well as physical security design/installation in various plant locations & Corporate Office.

**Essential Functions**:

- Represent Pinkerton's core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
- Facilitate, coordinate, and support the creation and execution of business continuity management, crisis management and incident response program.
- Good command over data management with working knowledge of managing the worksheets in excel.
- Provide input to support security design projects during construction phase and evaluating security fit-out plans.
- Develop scheduled security related training workshop; in line with Corporate Security Program for security team and associates within Corporate Office.
- Perform other security related duties as required or assigned by Area Security Manager/ HR Manager.
- Coordinate with stakeholders during any incident and assist in incident management
- Coordinate with the local authorities in case situation demands in collaboration with HR Manager.
- Manage the Security Officers deployed at various plant locations & ensure the effective security measures to be taken in all the plants & efficient monitoring of the same.
- Assess & Improvise the security policies & ast as a trusted Risk Advisor of the Leadership in effective plant security.

**Education, Experience, and Certifications**:
**Competencies**:

- Intelligence interpretation, security/risk threats, and investigation management experience.
- Strong ability to adapt and adjust quickly to a variety of situations, making well-informed decisions with minimum supervision
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to communicate clearly and concisely (both written and verbal, presentation and interpersonal skills).
- Understanding of crisis operations, risk management, and crisis communication.
- Ability to manage daily operations and participate in development of strategic program plans.
- Results-oriented person with strong delivery focus who can work independently and collaboratively with global teams.
- Ability to do out of the box thinking with sometimes to be on ground with physical security team leading along as a primary support to them.
- Strong oral and written communication skills are critical, as well as the ability to think clearly, analyze semi-quantitatively, problem-solve, scope technical/process requirements, and prioritize tasks.
- Experienced in corporate security for a global company.
- Experience writing and publishing security standards.
- Strong working knowledge of physical security systems and components.
- Skilled in developing metrics and in conducting security related trend analysis.
- Ability to develop and deliver security awareness training programs.
- Advanced skills in all Microsoft products
