Customer Care Executive for our Client Sales Lounge at Alibaug, Raigad, Maharashtra

Managing the overall client experience on site. Delivering high quality service to the clients. Coordinating admin facilities on site. Having an open and interactive communication with all the clients visiting the site Acquire and validate information of the project and provide it to the clients with full efficiency.

Document or maintain records of each and every interaction with the clients for future evaluation.

Coordinating with allied departments like construction, operations, sales and HPM team at head office.

**Qualifications**:
Past 1-3 years of experience in customer care in real estate.

Good interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills required Should have good command over English and Hindi Computer skills with basic knowledge of MS word & Excel Should be good at multitasking. Well-groomed and presentable personality.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
