Isprava is a leader in the luxury holiday home market in India specializing in serving a discerning clientele along two fronts:
I. Design, construction, furnishing, and management of sophisticated luxury homes that celebrate heritage alongside modernity and sustainability.

II. Lohono Stays is the Hospitality arm that specializes in Luxury Service, Refurbishment and Rental Management for luxury holiday homes curated from an exclusive list of home owners.

Designation : Guest Relations Executive (GRE)

Location : Goa

Purpose of the role : GRE is responsible for the organizations' success in reputation and customer satisfaction.

Duties & Responsibilities

GRE- Hospitality
- Setting up hospitality for Isprava Guest check-in, check-out
- Concierge services
- Massage, cook, restaurants, planning the stay and special celebrations such as décor, cake
- Involved in the overall planning and setting up of new business vertical for Isprava
- Involved in Marketing, Website Development, Reservations, Software’s, Revenue Channels, FTO’s, Travel Agents, Business
- Development, Introducing F&B, Staff Training along with Digital Media and packages roll out
- Skills Required
- Isprava is looking for:

- Well-presented, polite and tactful
- Can handle complaints in a calm manner
- Excellent people handling skills
- Educational Qualifications

Degree in Hospitality

Prior work experience "2 - 4 years of working experience in Hospitality/Tourism background"

Reporting to Manager - Guest Relations (Hospitality)

Monthly gross salary range - 30,000 - 35,000

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
