Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a
Resort Manager
located in Alibaug Maharashtra, India. The Resort Manager will oversee the daily operations of the resort, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and operational efficiency. Responsibilities include staffing, budgeting, compliance with brand standards, guest relations, and overseeing maintenance and facilities. The Resort Manager will also collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless integration of services, implement operational plans, and monitor financial performance to ensure profitability. Salary max 60-80k

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel management, hospitality operations, and staff supervision
• Skills in budgeting, financial analysis, and compliance with brand standards
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to manage guest relations and ensure a high level of guest satisfaction
• Knowledge of maintenance and facilities management
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience with pre-opening operations and hotel setup is a plus
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
