As a Social Media Executive at Rajarshi Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our online presence and engaging our target audience through various social media platforms. **Key Responsibilities**:
**Content Creation**:Develop engaging and creative content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity.

**Social Media Management**:Manage and monitor social media accounts, responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
Implement and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive engagement.

**Analytics and Reporting**:Track and analyze social media metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Provide regular reports on social media performance to the marketing team.

**Community Building**:Foster relationships with followers and online communities to build a loyal and engaged audience.
Identify and connect with influencers and partners to expand reach and collaboration opportunities.

**Trends and Innovation**:Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging social media platforms.
Explore and recommend new strategies to keep the company at the forefront of social media innovation.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and trends.
- Basic graphic design skills and proficiency in tools like Canva or Adobe Spark is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: From ₹10,000.00 per month
