Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement effective social media strategies to meet the company's marketing objectives.
- Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media channels in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute social media campaigns, contests, and promotions.
- Conduct research and stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing to optimize content and strategy.
- Analyze social media performance using various analytics tools and generate reports to track key metrics and insights.
- Stay informed about industry developments, emerging platforms, and digital marketing trends to recommend new strategies and initiatives.
- Assist in managing social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and monitoring performance.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role with at least 6 months of experience.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Proficient in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft engaging and persuasive content.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to develop innovative social media campaigns.
- Understanding of SEO principles and content marketing strategies.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
