**Job description**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure proper legal due diligence during land / property acquisition in particular Title investigation & Local legislation.
- Highlight legal issues involved in structuring of land / property acquisition and relevant development regulations.
- Ensure execution and proper drafting (including standardisation) of legal documents such as Title transfer deeds, Agreement of sale, Offer letters, Conveyance documents, Lease Deeds, License Agreements etc.
- Coordinate with and seek legal advice from external legal counsels.
- Represent the company in all the legal matters.
- Keep abreast of and inform management on relevant developments in real estate sector, such as court ruling or legislative amendments.

**Skills Required**:

- Should have minimum 4 years of progressive experience with significant real estate experience.
- Knowledge of Kannada is a must.

**Experience**:
4-5 years.
