**Job Profile: Liaison Officer**
**Job Overview**: As an HR Liaison Officer in the automobile industry, your primary responsibility is to manage external relationships with politicians and police commissioners while overseeing HR functions to ensure compliance and support organizational goals. You will serve as a crucial link between the company, government authorities, and law enforcement agencies, promoting effective communication and collaboration. You should be most connected with Mr. Jitendra sir while doing this all work and responsibilities.
**Stakeholder Management**:
Act as the main point of contact between the company's HR department and external stakeholders, including political representatives, government officials, and police commissioners.
Build and maintain strong relationships to foster cooperation, address issues, and advance mutual interests.
**Government Relations**:
Monitor legislative developments and regulatory changes affecting HR policies and operations.
Engage in advocacy efforts to influence policies and regulations beneficial to the company's operations and workforce.
**Law Enforcement Coordination**:
Collaborate with police commissioners and law enforcement agencies to ensure compliance with safety regulations, security protocols, and emergency response procedures.
Facilitate background checks, security clearances, and other HR-related processes involving law enforcement as needed.
**Crisis Management**:
Serve as a key liaison during crisis situations, coordinating responses and communications between the company and external authorities to resolve issue smoothly.
Implement crisis management strategies to mitigate risks and ensure business continuity.
**Community Engagement**:
Participate in community outreach initiatives and public relations activities to enhance the organization's reputation and foster positive relationships with local government entities.
Establish partnerships and sponsorships with community organizations aligned with organizational values and objectives.

Ensure adherence to labor laws, privacy regulations, and ethical standards in all HR operations and interactions with external stakeholders.
**Reporting and Documentation**:
Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and briefings for senior management and external stakeholders on HR-related activities, initiatives, and compliance efforts.
Maintain accurate records of interactions, agreements, and compliance activities related to political and law enforcement engagements.

**Qualification** - Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a Related Field
**Salary Range** - 3,60,000 to 4,80,000
**Experience**- 2 to 4 years
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
