**Job Title: Telesales Executive - Enterprise/B2B Sales**
**Location**: Fort, Mumbai, Maharashtra
**Job Type**: Full-Time, Permanent
**Work Mode**: In-Person
**Salary**: 12,000.00 - 20,000.00 per month
**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Handle and manage existing client accounts.
- Develop new client relationships through prospecting and outbound calling.
- Build and manage a sales pipeline to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
- Conduct follow-ups, resolve client queries, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain and
- update client records in CRM tools or databases.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
- Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities and performance.
**Required Skills**:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong tele-calling and outbound calling abilities
- Proven sales closing and negotiation skills
- Prospecting and lead generation expertise
- Ability to build and maintain professional client relationships
- Customer-centric mindset and target-driven approach
- Good working knowledge of **MS Office (Word, Excel)**
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics Engineering
- Minimum **2+ years of telesales experience** in Enterprise or B2B market
- **Self-motivated** and performance-driven
- Educational Qualification: Undergraduate or Graduate in any stream
- Technical Qualification (Preferred but not mandatory):
Pay: ₹12,646.00 - ₹20,353.96 per month
