Co-ordinate with the Purchase department and get intimation about the newpurchases being done
- Get the expected time of arrival of the purchased raw material
- Accordingly calculate the space requirement and arrange for the required space

in the Warehouse/store
- Receive the Shipment and Get the possession of the raw material (GRN)
- Offload the Goods from the transport and forward it to the Store
- Tag the goods with the accurate SKU ID
- Rack the SKUs as per the desired Position in the ERP
- Get the Requisition from the respective Departments
- Check the Requisition form and check for the authorized signature
- Check in the ERP for the Availability of the requested SKU in the ERP
- If Unavailable intimate the Purchase Department
- On Availability of SKU handover to the concerned department
- Post handover get the receipt signature from the respective Department

personnel
- Physical copy should be filed properly and keep at proper place
- Update the SKUs issued in the ERP
- Monthly stock take and share the MIS with Management
- Share daily stock status reports with management
- Maintain the hygiene in the store and strictly follow SOP.

Requisite Skills:

- Proven experience in inventory management with min 200 SKUs in Food

industry
- Should have good knowledge of FIFO system
- Should have knowledge of GRN
- Excellent communication skills (English, Hindi & Marathi)
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise a demanding workload
- Good computer skills (MS Office)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Night shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bhiwandi, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Inventory management: 2 years (required)
- Manufacturing: 1 year (required)
