**Position**: Accounts Executive

**Location**:Gurgaon

**Experience**:Mini 3 Years (Preferred from Retail/ Ecommerce)
- Maintain and update accounting records in a timely manner.
- Review bills for materials and contractors.
- Verify vendor invoices and generate client invoices.
- Ensure timely filing of TDS and GST returns.
- Prepare daily expense vouchers, process payments for bills, reconcile party accounts, and perform general ledger scrutiny.
- Conduct stock reviews and report daily cycle count results to the inventory manager and finance controller.
- Reconcile Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.

**Requirements**:

- Graduate/Post-Graduate in Commerce or related field.
- Experience in retail or e-commerce.
- Experience with Ginesys ERP or similar ERP systems.
- Basic Excel knowledge, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Retail Accounting: 2 years (preferred)
