We are looking for an experienced UX researcher to join our SIFT(Strategic Insights and Foresights Team). You will be responsible for helping define and drive the future of our products. Baservices and processes. You will reveal what users need from our products and services by conducting research, working with cross-functional teams, and performing usability studies. These responsibilities also include inspiring change, delivering oral and written presentations, evaluating qualitative and quantitative data, and helping the UX team better understand what would make a user’s experience more intuitive, accessible, and seamless.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Conduct user research studies, including usability testing, field studies, interviews, surveys, etc., to understand user behavior for B2C and B2B products.
- Evaluate qualitative research and perform market and ethnographic research to stay alongside of industry trends.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, identifying and assessing research topics relevant to RMgX's products and service offerings
- Plan and implement effective user research strategies and methodologies.
- Advocate research findings through compelling written and oral presentations
- Perform usability studies with consumers to ensure optimal user experiences.
- Ask questions, gather data, and analyze data to derive actionable insights.
- Utilize a diverse set of UX research tools for comprehensive analysis.

**WORK EXPERIENCE**
- 3 or more years of proven UX research experience, with a focus on service industry tech/design.

**SKILLS, ABILITIES & KNOWLEDGE**
- Must have proficiency in the basic research methods like usability testing, interviews, surveys and field study)
- Must have empathy as it’s crucial to interpret findings in the context of users' experiences.
- Must have an analytical mind-set.
- Must have excellent communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate with different audiences smoothly.
- Must have good problem-solving skills.
- Must have good documentation/organisational skills.
- Quick and effective communication of research results.
- Proficient in all research-related tasks, including planning, evaluation, and iteration.
- Ability to formulate specific, answerable, and practical research questions.
- Effective collaboration with stakeholders, acting as a strategic partner in product decisions.
- Strong desire for creative problem-solving with a positive attitude.
- Excellent time-management skills.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelors or MS in in a human behavior-related field (HCI, Psychology, Social Science, Information Science, Design etc.) or equivalent demonstrable work experience.
