**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
*Support calls from clients who are enquiring about EV charging products and services *Communicate effectively in both Hindi and English
*Provide information about RIOD's products and services, including pricing, availability,
and features
*Answer client questions and provide technical support as needed
*Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the company's CRM system
*Collaborate with other teams, including sales and customer support, to ensure that client
needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner
*Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on product and
service offerings

**Requirements**:
*Fluent in both Hindi and English Strong communication and customer service skills
*Ability to multitask and manage multiple client interactions simultaneously
*Knowledge of EV charging products and services is preferred but not required
*Familiarity with CRM systems and sales software is a plus
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team
*Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
