Kochi, India Scaling Up Work Full time

**Responsibilities**
- Answering phones and explaining the product and services offered by the company.
- Contacting existing customers as well as prospective customers using scripts.
- Obtaining customer information and other relevant data.
- Asking questions to the customer and understanding their specifications.
- Resolving queries and issues related to the products and services.
- Making recordings of all the sales phone calls and sales deals.
- Taking and processing product orders in a professional manner.
- Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis.
- Suggesting solutions based on customer’s needs and requirements.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ Work experience as a Tele caller, Telemarketer or a similar role in the Sales Department.
- Calling enquiries, Leads, Following Up & converting to Sales of products & Services.
- Great interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge in Billing (Tally)

**Salary**: ₹12000 + Incentives

**Experience**:2+ years

**Timing**: 9.30am - 6pm

**Location**: Pullepady

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: Up to ₹18,000.00 per month

- Calling Enquires & Leads: 2 years (preferred)
- Following Up & Converting to sales of products: 2 years (preferred)
- Billing Tally: 2 years (preferred)
- Tele Sales: 2 years (preferred)
