Good communication skill in Malayalam and English

Good Typing Speed

Minimum one year experience in Telecalling/ Sales
- **Good working knowledge in M S Office**_

Should be able to coordinate all staff members in office related work

**Work Profile**: Coordinator need to work with Directors and accounts team.
- Create and update the customer data base. Connect with customers for new business enquiry.
- Communicate to prospective students who have expressed an interest in attending courses offered by Our Online Academy
- Provide effective guidance and support service to potential students through consistent and effective follow up
- Daily work allotment for team
- Update and share the essential reports to Directors

**As a Tele caller Executive, you will be responsible for answering telephone calls, bring new students for our programs, handling customer inquiries, performing clerical duties, and providing excellent customer service.**

**Kindly Note: This is a Full-time permanent position with a monthly package of Rs.12,000 - Rs.15,000**
