**What will a week look like in this role**:

- **Event Planning & Execution**: Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of all company events, both online and offline. This includes everything from large scale industry conferences to smaller webinars or networking events.
- **Lead Generation**: Develop and implement strategies for lead generation from events. The individual will be accountable for meeting or exceeding lead generation targets each quarter.
- **Cross-functional Collaboration**: Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Product, Content, etc.) to align event strategy with overall business objectives and create a seamless event experience.
- **Vendor Management**: Manage and negotiate contracts with vendors, venues, and event organizers to ensure cost-effective service delivery.
- **Budget Management**: Manage event budgets and forecast costs, ensuring ROI through qualified lead generation and brand exposure.
- **Marketing Collateral**: Coordinate with the marketing and design teams to create impactful marketing materials and booth designs for events.
- **Post-event Analysis**: Conduct post-event evaluations and report on outcomes. This includes tracking leads through the sales funnel to understand conversion rates and ROI of events.

**You’ll shine in this role if you possess**:

- **Experience**: At least 3 years of experience in organizing online and offline events, with a proven track record of generating leads and driving growth through event marketing.
- **Stakeholder Communication**: Experience in dealing with senior stakeholders in mid to large sized organizations
- **Strong project management skills**: Including the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate with various internal teams and external vendors.
- **Budgeting**: Strong financial and vendor management skills, with experience managing event budgets and maximizing ROI by negotiating with vendors
- **Creative**: Ability to come up with innovative and engaging event ideas to attract the target audience and generate leads.
- **Market Understanding**: Deep understanding of the B2B SaaS market, particularly in AP automation, and the Indian enterprise market. Familiarity with the competitive landscape, key industry events, and potential opportunities.
