**Job description**:
- A Techno commercial profile
- Good Communication Skills (Minimum Hindi + English)
- Good experience in Customer Support or Customer Success (Saas business)
- A person who can bridge the gap between sales and customer support.
- A person who can ensure that customers get fast time-to-value.
- Can Keep clients engaged and regularly using products.
- Build customer loyalty and reduce churn.
- Keep a “high-level view” of the entire onboarding process and provide time-to-time updates to clients.
- Advocate for customers
**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
