Architect, SAP Tpm

Overview:
This role will be part of Enterprise Solution DevSecOps team in AMESA / APAC sector. The role will responsible for solution design, governance, delivery and and support of the SAP Trade Management ( SAP CRM / CBP). Focus markets for the role are Australia, New Zealand, Thailand, China, Taiwan and Saudi.

This role will partner with AMESA & APAC business leads, Sector/Market IT Leads to understand requirements, ideate the solution, estimate and deliver solution in the stated areas across Enabling Functions. The role will work very closely with multiple stakeholders to provide overviews and will be responsible for overall resource, budget and financial management. This role also involves close collaboration with the PGT-TPM Solution Design Lead (SDL) to keep the solution aligned to PGT Global Template by ensuring enchancements in APAC-AMESA solution are in synch with PGT/other global markets

This role require a person with high motivation, leadership and team management skills. Key objectives of this role is
- Support the execution of trade promotion related business processes.
- Collaborate with multiple IT teams to ensure robust planning, estimations and gather support as required.
- Collaborate with various IT internal teams to deliver the solution end to end from initiation to delivery & sustain by adhering to all internal Pepsico IT standards.
- Bring in SAP CBP / TPM SME knowledge & technical during during solution & Issue Resolution discussions.
- Review and own the Functional design documents & technical design documents and the solution.
- Manage the Solution Delivery through Planning in adherence to PepsiCo PPM Methodology and guidelines.
- Leverage partner resources to deliver high quality solutions & services.
- Closely monitor and Maintain support SLA’s for SAP Trade Management solution in the AMESA and APAC sector.

**Responsibilities**:

- Be a knowledge SME within the AMESA & APAC Sector on SAP Trade and deliver the capabilities per plan.
- Lead IT solution planning, Business requirements analysis and overall IT project delivery related to CBP.
- Liasion with the SAP Trade PGT team to ensure that the solution is Aligned with the Global Trade Template. Advise Business on the areas requiring change management to protect the core solution design.
- Support PEP TPM (Exceedra) solution as a knowledge SME and manage the integration with SAP systems.
- Liase with other teams (SAP BW, CTO Data, CTO Infra, Security & Controls, Application Development, Middleware & Landscape) to support on discussions / governance related to the Trade Solution Delivery and Support.
- Lead integration aspects with SAP Trade Management with and other internal and external systems as required.
- Lead/Support related projects/initiatives through excellent Project Management skills following standard IT Project life cycle best practices.
- Lead/Support Sustain work with support vendors, provide guidance and support to ensure that the SLA’s are maintained.
- Lead/Support Issue resolution calls and manage stakeholders expectations and Turnaround time.
- Ensure adherence to the internal support operating model, including technology standards, support methodology, release management, change management, and other related processes and procedures, SLAs and controls compliance.
- Ensure that the Delivery and Sutain team Liasion effectively for successful Handover of the project post hypercare.
- Monitor and maintain the Support SLA’s for the SAP Trade support work.
- Work with different stakeholders from Business, IT organization and Partners to ensure efficient delivery as per PepsiCo standards and deliver business value.

Qualifications:

- 8+ years of experience out of which 5+ years on configuring, deploying and managing SAP TPM ( SAP CRM, CBP, TPM, Funds management, Pricing, Accruals, Claims and Settlement).
- Bachelor’s degree required & Master’s preferred. CPG experience preferred
- Must have configuration experience of planning product hierarchy, operational planning, scenario planning, baseline planning other planning supported in CBP.
- Knowledge of integration with BW/ IP/ BPS / planning Engine is a plus
- Exposure and understanding of Trade Promotions management Applications Architecture and integration with SAP BW, SAP ECC, SAP APO etc.
- Knowledge and experience in following tools, disciplines and processes are nice to have: Azure Devops (ADO), ITIL tools & processes, Service Now and SAP Charm etc.
- Good influencing, facilitating, and consulting skills in working with stakeholders at all levels in the organization and across departments.
