oin our dynamic Real Estate team as a Telesales Executive, where you'll play a crucial role in driving sales through effective communication and relationship-building over the phone. Your primary responsibility will be to generate leads, qualify prospects, and close deals to contribute to the overall success of our real estate projects.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Conduct outbound calls to potential clients, introducing them to our real estate offerings and understanding their requirements.

2. Build and maintain a database of prospective clients, updating information regularly.

3. Effectively communicate the unique selling points of our real estate projects and address client queries.

4. Qualify leads and schedule appointments for on-site visits or virtual presentations with the sales team.

5. Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets on a consistent basis.

6. Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to provide valuable insights to clients.

7. Collaborate with the marketing team to align tele sales efforts with overall marketing strategies.

**Requirements**:
1. Proven experience in tele sales, preferably in the real estate sector.

2. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

3. Strong customer-centric approach with the ability to build rapport quickly.

4. Results-driven mindset and the ability to thrive in a target-oriented environment.

5. Familiarity with CRM software and lead management systems.

6. Knowledge of real estate market trends and industry regulations is a plus.

7. High school diploma; a degree in business, marketing, or related field is advantageous.
