Physique 57 is is seeking a creative and talented Content Creator to join our Full

with the ability to create compelling content and engage directly with our audience

through various platforms. This role will report to the Marketing Manager & will be

based out of Mumbai & it’s surrounding studios.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, write, and edit original content for digital platforms, focusing on

social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn and

Youtube.
- Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to plan and execute content

strategies that align with company goals.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in social media and content marketing.
- Create engaging multimedia content (videos, graphics) to enhance written

content and drive social media engagement.
- Monitor social media channels, responding promptly to comments and

inquiries to foster community engagement and customer service.
- Analyze social media performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve

reach and effectiveness.
- Be able to manipulate content for digital marketing requirements & ad spends,

across mediums & channels
- Work with a graphic designer to ensure visual representation of content is up

to the mark across channels
- Adapt content to newsletters & whatsapp outreach, as required
- Ensure consistency in tone, style, and branding across all content materials.
- Conduct research and interview industry experts to gather information and

insights for content development.
- Submit a Monthly report outlining performance of Digital channels

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
- Proven experience as a content creator, social media creator or similar role.
- Strong writing and editing skills with an excellent eye for detail.
- Proficiency in using content management systems and social media platforms
- Familiarity with SEO principles and social media marketing best practices.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Shift timings and hours of work:

- The Employee’s shift timings and hours of work per day will be governed by the

applicable policies of the Employer.
- Without prejudice to the above, the Employee must be available to work 6 days

per week, including either Saturdays or Sundays and must also be able to work

flexible schedules including weekends, nights, early mornings and holidays.
- The Employee shall be required to work a maximum of 48 hours each week.
- For the purpose of this Agreement, a “week” begins on Sunday and ends on

Saturday.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
