Key Responsibilities:

- Nabbing for the customer &prepare Customer Profile Card.
- Demonstration of vehicle to customer.
- Offer Test Drive, value chain products, fill commitment checklist after confirmation from customer.
- Completion of customer order booking formalities (both manual & in system)
- Arrange for field test drive to customers in coordination with Test drive in charge.
- Coordinate with concern dep to ensure the readliness of vehicle as per delivery date &time agreed.
- Explanation of documents to customer during new vehicle delivery (KYV, safety booklet, owner's manual, invoice, form 21 etc.)
- Take customer feedback on delivery.
- Achieve retail targets for vehicle &vehicle chain products (finance, insurance ,accessories etc)
- Attend all product trainings as per schedule.
- Attend Morning, weekly &evening review meetings.

Qualification:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Goal-oriented and driven to achieve sales targets.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn from experienced sales professionals.
- Basic knowledge of sales techniques and customer relationship management.
- Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office or Google Suite.
- Previous experience in sales or customer service roles is a plus but not mandatory.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher, Internship, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
