Responsibilities of RM ( Relationship manager)
- Attending live calls of guardians and teachers.
- Convincing and counselling the guardian with right information.
- Entering guardian data in CRM
- ️Creating leads and posting in whatsapp and Facebook groups.
- ️Taking updates from tutor regarding the status of the lead.
- ️Taking feedback from the guardian.
- ️Talking(chatting) to guardians and tutors in whatsapp third party software.
- ️Handling calling software and making notes of every call in the software etc.
- ️shortlisting profile from CRM then assigning the lead to tutor to talk to guardian
- ️Retargeting the guardians time to time.

Note
- Personal laptop is compulsory.

1 weeks training will be given before the work starts.

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
