We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Admission counsellor to join our team at the main campus at Jaganpura, Patna. The role includes admission counseling, prospects calling, and responsibilities related to front desk operations and facilities management.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Admission Counseling & Prospects Calling**: Provide information and guidance to prospective students and their parents regarding admissions, course offerings, and the institution's policies.

**Enrollment Management**: Assist in the enrollment process, including document collection and verification, ensuring accurate record-keeping.

**Visitor Reception**: Greet and assist visitors, parents, and students, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere.

**Administrative Support**: Provide administrative support to various departments as needed, including data entry, filing, and document management.

**Compliance**: Ensure compliance with institution policies and procedures related to admissions and administrative tasks.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Pleasant and professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in admissions counseling, administrative roles, or customer service is a plus.
- Knowledge of the education sector is an advantage.
