**Location**: EuroKids Pre School,Jakariyapur,Zero Mile,Patna

**Job Type**: Full-Time / Part-Time
**Experience**: Minimum 1-3 years (preferred in early childhood education or child psychology)
**Qualification**: Degree/Diploma in Psychology, Child Development, or related field

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Observe and assess children's behavior and development.
- Provide emotional and behavioral support to children as needed.
- Conduct one-on-one or small group counselling sessions.
- Identify developmental delays, learning difficulties, or emotional concerns early.
- Collaborate with teachers and parents to create and monitor support plans.
- Organize workshops or interactive sessions for parents and staff.
- Maintain records and documentation of counselling sessions confidentially.
- Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment for children.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or Master’s in Psychology, Counselling, or Child Development.
- Prior experience working with young children (ages 2-6) preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Empathy, patience, and a child-friendly attitude.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
