**Duties & Responsibility of Food & Beverage Staff**:
**Reports to GM / Top Managements**:
An F&B Staff oversees the operations of a restaurant, hotel, or other establishment that serves food and drinks. Their responsibilities are multifaceted and crucial for the smooth functioning of the business.

**Operational Management**
- **Daily Operations**: Oversee daily operations of the F&B outlets, ensuring that all activities run smoothly and efficiently.
- **Staff Supervision**: Manage, train, and schedule staff, including servers, bartenders, and kitchen personnel.
- **Inventory Management**: Monitor and manage inventory levels, including ordering supplies, managing stock, and minimizing waste.

**Customer Service**
- **Guest Relations**: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing guest complaints and resolving issues promptly.
- **Quality Control**: Maintain the quality of food and service, ensuring that standards are met and exceeded.

**Financial Management**
- **Budgeting**: Prepare and manage budgets for F&B departments, including controlling costs and maximizing profitability.
- **Sales and Marketing**: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and promote the F&B offerings.

**Compliance and Safety**
- **Health and Safety**: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations, including proper food handling and cleanliness.
- **Regulatory Compliance**: Adhere to all relevant local and national laws and regulations regarding food service and alcohol.

**Menu Development**
- **Menu Planning**: Work with chefs and kitchen staff to create and update menus, considering seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
- **Pricing**: Set menu prices to balance profitability with market competitiveness.

**Team Leadership**
- **Motivation**: Foster a positive work environment and motivate staff to deliver excellent service.
- **Training**: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.

**Administrative Duties**
- **Reports**: Prepare reports on sales, expenses, and other key performance indicators for senior management.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate records of transactions, employee hours, and other relevant information.
- Overall, the role of an F&B Staff is to ensure that all aspects of the food and beverage operation are executed to the highest standards, driving both guest satisfaction and business success.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an F&B or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, service, and trends
- Leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage a diverse team in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with F&B management software and POS systems
- Budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis skills
- Certification in hospitality management or culinary training is a plus

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Degree in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, Business Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in Food & Beverage.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
