Ai Researcher

We’re looking for an exceptional AI Researcher to join our innovative team focused on advancing the frontiers of large language models (LLMs) and generative AI.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct cutting-edge research in natural language processing, language models, and generative AI to advance the state-of-the-art in these fields
- Design, develop, and implement novel machine learning algorithms and techniques specifically for LLMs
- Analyze and interpret complex datasets, particularly in text and language domains
- Stay current with the latest AI research, particularly in LLMs, by reading academic papers, attending conferences, and engaging with the research community
- Publish research findings in top-tier academic journals and conferences, enhancing iGenius reputation as a leader in AI research
- Develop prototypes to demonstrate the feasibility and potential of new AI approaches
- Mentor junior researchers and contribute to the growth of our research team
- Contribute to the responsible development of AI by addressing issues of bias, fairness, and transparency in language models

**Requirements**:
**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field (Master's degree with exceptional research experience will be considered)
- Strong publication record in top-tier AI conferences (e.g., NeurIPS, ICML, ACL, ICLR)
- Deep understanding of machine learning principles, particularly deep learning and transformer-based architectures
- Expertise in large language models, generative AI, and natural language processing
- Experience with machine learning frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow
- Strong programming skills in Python and related ML/data science libraries
- Excellent analytical and mathematical skills, including statistics and linear algebra
- Experience with large-scale model training and distributed computing
- Demonstrated ability to conduct independent research and drive projects from conception to completion

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Familiarity with reinforcement learning, particularly RLHF (Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback)
- Experience with multimodal AI systems combining text, images, or other data types
- Knowledge of model compression, quantization, and efficient inference techniques
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience with model evaluation, benchmark creation, and performance measurement
