**We are looking for a sourcing / Merchandizing specialist that can work on our ecommerce collection. We are curating, and building a brand focused on rituals, festivals by leveraging handicrafts of India.**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Sourcing & Procurement: Identify, evaluate, and onboard artisans, material suppliers, and manufacturers specializing in traditional and contemporary crafts.
- Vendor Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with artisans, craft clusters, and suppliers to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely deliveries.
- Material Innovation: Explore creative ways to incorporate traditional and modern materials into our product line, enhancing customer experience and cultural value.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that sourced materials and products meet design expectations, ethical standards, and sustainability guidelines.
- Negotiation & Contracts: Work on pricing, contracts, and agreements with suppliers to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Market Research & Trends: Stay updated on emerging trends in cultural crafts, rituals, and festival-related products to bring innovative ideas to Incubr.
- Collaboration: Work closely with designers, product teams, and marketing to develop high-impact, culturally significant products.

**What We’re Looking For**
- 2-5 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management, preferably in the craft, lifestyle, or gifting industry.
- Strong network or experience working with artisans, small-scale manufacturers, and material suppliers.
- Creative mindset with an eye for aesthetics and material innovation.
- Ability to negotiate effectively and build long-term partnerships.
- Passion for Indian culture, rituals, and festivals.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel to artisan hubs and craft clusters when needed.
