Primary role will be to ensure the smooth execution and completion of retail projects, such as store openings, renovations, visual merchandising and promotional campaigns. Following shall be the key responsibilities of a project coordinator:
**Responsibility**

1. Planning and scheduling: Developing project plans, defining timelines, and setting project milestones to ensure timely completion of tasks.

2. Coordination: Collaborating with different stakeholders, including store managers, suppliers, contractors, and internal teams, to ensure effective communication and coordination throughout the project.

3. Budget management: Tracking project expenses, reviewing budget allocations, and identifying cost-saving opportunities to ensure projects stay within budgetary limits.

4. Resource allocation: Identifying and allocating the necessary resources, including manpower, equipment, and materials, required for the successful completion of projects.

5. Risk assessment and mitigation: Identifying potential risks and developing strategies to mitigate them, ensuring mínimal disruptions to project timelines and objectives.

6. Progress tracking: Monitoring project progress, analyzing key performance indicators, and providing regular status updates to relevant stakeholders.

7. Documentation and reporting: Maintaining project documentation, including contracts, permits, and reports, and preparing comprehensive project reports for management review.

8. Quality control: Ensuring that projects meet the required quality standards by conducting inspections and implementing quality control measures.

9. Problem-solving: Identifying and resolving issues and conflicts that may arise during project execution, finding practical solutions to keep projects on track in consultation with the Company Retail Design team.

10. Continuous improvement: Analyzing project outcomes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing lessons learned to enhance future project performance.

**Visual Merchandising**:

- Responsible for overall visual merchandising in all stores and POS
- Ensuring the correct product display as per the brand guidelines in all outlets
- Training the sales staff to display both watches and POSM materials
- Execution of POSM dispatch with coordination with warehouse

The person will take care of Rado India (nationally), based out of Delhi. Salary 14 lacs.
