Location: Delhi

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Define and implement a creative visual merchandising strategy
- Create appealing and eye-catching visual displays that lead the customer through the entire store
- Act in alignment with the organization’s culture, products, image, and target market
- Change displays to promote new product launches and reflect festive or seasonal themes
- Coordinate with the team for special promotions displays
- Monitor costs and expenses within budget
- Keeping record of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments as well as actions taken to provide appropriate solutions.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Address and handle general customer inquiries and manage customer accounts including assisting customers with information regarding their order history, order status, and all other standard requests received.
- Manage sales figures and stock levels.
- Will be responsible for pre-sales and post-sales activities in order to maintain the highest customer service level.
- Stay up-to-date with new products/services
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor visual merchandising, exhibition design, visual communications or similar field
- Proven work experience as a visual merchandiser.
- Knowledge and understanding of innovative visual merchandising trends and best practices
- Must be organized and have a positive attitude
- Ability to negotiate and understanding marketing skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Should have good knowledge of MS Office

**Employment Type**

Full-time

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
