**Job Title**: Corporate Relationship Manager

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain positive, long-term relationships with corporate clients, ensuring high satisfaction and engagement.
- Conduct regular calls and meetings to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing relevant information.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client expectations are met and deliverables are on track.
- Monitor client satisfaction and gather feedback to continually improve the client experience.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in client relationship management, preferably in a solution-oriented role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a track record in customer service or client engagement.
- Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with CRM tools and proficiency in MS Office.

**Desired Qualities**:

- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to build rapport and maintain trust with clients.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
