
Customer Support Executive/customer Service

Role & responsibilities
Create and manage onboarding campaigns and onboarding journeys to ensure all new users have a smooth and successful experience.
Outbound calling process.
Act as the main point of contact for clients(Agents) and handle any issues or concerns they may have through calls.
Deliver training and support to new users, either calls or in person or remotely to ensure they understand how to use the product or service.
Monitor user engagement and satisfaction during the onboarding process, and make adjustments as needed.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure user needs are met.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients and customers.
Identify new business opportunities and upsell products or services to existing clients.
Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
Analyze customer data and market trends to identify potential opportunities for growth.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
