**What we are looking for:

- **
- An operation intern with 0-1 years of experience working cross-functionally across the company to support core business infrastructure while developing a winning operation strategy.
- Should be proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint presentation
- The ability to approach problems logically and make informed decisions based on the data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary for this role.

**Basic Qualification-**
- Bachelor’s degree in operations management or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in management, and operations, for professional services or technology companies.
- Expertise to build consensus and relationships among managers, partners, and employees.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary for this role.

**Preferred Qualification -**
- An MBA degree in operations management / Analytics or a related field will be preferred over experience.

**What you will do:

- **
- Work on collaborating with each Service line/department
- Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques, and provide ongoing reports
- Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics, and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality
- Work on navigating spreadsheets for data entry and filing
- Work on PowerPoint presentation
- Publish the outcome of Analysis
