Job Summary
The Business Coordinator will play a critical role in ensuring smooth communication and coordination between clients and our internal teams. This position requires excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. The role involves a combination of administrative duties, official bookkeeping, data and records management, and travel for business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- **Scheduling Meetings**: Organize and schedule meetings between clients and internal teams, ensuring all parties are informed and prepared.
- **Administration**: Handle various administrative tasks including document preparation, filing, and office management to support daily operations.
- **Official Bookkeeping**: Maintain accurate financial records, process invoices, and manage expense reports.
- **Data & Records Management**: Update and manage client and project records, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- **Travel Coordination**: Arrange and manage travel plans for business purposes, including booking accommodations and creating itineraries.
