**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate daily biodiesel production activities.
- Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance with safety regulations.
- Ensure adherence to industry standards such as ASTM D6751 and IS 15607.
- Work closely with the lab team to ensure quality control of raw materials and finished products.
- Optimize plant performance by analyzing data and implementing process improvements.
- Maintain production records and generate reports for management.
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure proper maintenance and operation of production equipment.
- Train and supervise production staff to ensure operational efficiency and safety compliance.
- Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams for timely procurement of raw materials and dispatch of finished goods.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in,Chemical Engineering, M.S.C. Chemistry, Biotechnology or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in biodiesel production or a similar manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of biodiesel production processes and quality control.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and environmental compliance.
- Ability to analyze data and optimize production processes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in using production management software and tools.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in biofuel production or chemical processing industry.
- Familiarity with automation systems and process control.
- Strong project management skills.
