Conference Sales Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Conference Sales Executive to join our Corporate Events team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and ensuring the successful execution of corporate events and conferences.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Proactively identify and engage potential clients in the corporate sector to promote our conference and event services.
- Develop customized event proposals and pricing based on client needs and objectives.
- Manage the sales cycle from initial inquiry through to the successful conclusion of the event.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of all events, from planning through to post-event follow-up.
- Track sales performance, meet sales targets, and report on progress regularly.
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to expand the company’s presence and client base.

Skills & Qualifications:

- 4 - 8 years experience in corporate event sales, conference sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
