**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Lead the design and implementation of Kinaxis solutions to meet business requirements.
- Oversee the integration of Kinaxis modules including Supply Planning Inventory Planning & Optimization Sales & Operations Planning and Demand Planning.
- Provide technical expertise in Kinaxis Fundamentals to ensure optimal system performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align Kinaxis solutions with business objectives.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for Kinaxis implementations.
- Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity and system efficiency.
- Provide training and support to end-users on Kinaxis functionalities.
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in Kinaxis implementations.
- Participate in project planning and execution to deliver high-quality Kinaxis solutions.
- Evaluate new technologies and tools to enhance Kinaxis capabilities.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of supply chain processes through innovative Kinaxis solutions.

**Qualifications**
- Must have 10 to 14 years of experience in Kinaxis Supply Planning Inventory Planning & Optimization Sales & Operations Planning and Demand Planning.
- Must have strong technical expertise in Kinaxis Fundamentals.
- Must have domain experience in Planning and Supply Chain Management.
- Must possess excellent English language skills (Native Speaker Read/Write).
- Nice to have experience in hybrid work model environments.
- Nice to have experience in conducting system audits and troubleshooting technical issues.
- Nice to have experience in providing training and support to end-users.
- Nice to have experience in evaluating new technologies and tools.
- Nice to have experience in developing and maintaining technical documentation.
- Nice to have experience in project planning and execution.
- Nice to have experience in ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Nice to have experience in contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
