Job Title: Customer Service Associate

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic Vendor Outreach Specialist (Backend Support) to join our team. In this role, you will research and identify local vendors including RSA vendors, mechanics, authorized workshops, and towing truck providersat the city and pincode level. You will engage with these vendors over the phone, collecting key information for our database and securing preliminary agreements to prepare them for our Relationship Management teams onboarding process.Role & responsibilities
- Conduct proactive phone calls to gather essential information such as contact details,
- service offerings, and operating hours
- Ensure that all collected data is promptly entered into our centralized system.
- Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls
- Generate sales leads.
- Work closely with the Sales and Operations teams to ensure a smooth transition from lead generation to vendor onboarding.
- Maintain clear documentation and share relevant insights to support ongoing vendor engagement

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Yearly bonus
