**Job Title**: Production Supervisor

**Job Type**: Full-time
**Experience Required**: 5-7 years

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Liaise between management and production teams to ensure smooth communication and execution of production goals.
- Plan and schedule daily, weekly, and monthly production activities, ensuring that targets are met on time.
- Ensure the availability of necessary production materials, managing inventory levels to prevent delays.
- Supervise and motivate a team of young engineers and workers, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Implement process improvement plans to enhance production efficiency and quality standards.
- Prepare production reports and present them to senior management, highlighting key metrics and potential areas for improvement.
- Handle vendor relationships to ensure timely delivery of materials and maintain strong supplier partnerships.
- Expertly operate and manage inspection tools to ensure quality standards are met during the production process.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and industry regulations across all production activities.

**Qualifications**:

- **Educational Background**: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- **Experience**:5-7 years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment, with a comprehensive understanding of production processes.
- Certifications: Familiarity with QMS-related certifications (ISO 9001, etc.) is preferred.
- **Key Skills**:

- Proven leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
- Expertise in production planning, Lean Six Sigma, SOP development, and process improvement.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management, store management, and vendor handling.
- Experience conducting audits and maintaining quality standards.
- **Additional Skills**: Critical problem-solving abilities in high-pressure situations, strong communication skills, and proficiency in both independent and team-based work environments.
