customers and helping in solving queries.

**Desired Skills & Experience**
- 1+ years of experience in Customer support in the Health sector.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Strong time management and decision making skills.
- Adaptability and accountability.
- Excellent command over English (Verbal & Written) & Hindi (Verbal)
Language.
- Strong foundation in CRM systems and practices.
- Excellent communication (verbal and written), interpersonal and professional
interactive skills are necessary to perform at a high degree of proficiency.
