**Position Summary**:The Dispatch In charge is responsible for overseeing the efficient management of dispatch operations, ensuring timely deliveries, maintaining accurate inventory records, and coordinating with various departments to facilitate smooth logistics.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Inventory Management:
Maintain accurate records of finished goods inventory levels.

Monitor stock levels to ensure timely deliveries and identify shortages.

2. Dispatch Planning:
Plan daily dispatches in coordination with the sales team, production department, and transporters.

Verify orders and anticipate delivery requirements.

3. Documentation and Compliance:
Prepare and issue invoices and delivery memo for dispatched goods.

Ensure all required documents for dispatch are completed and maintained according to GMP norms.

4. Logistics Coordination:
Coordinate with logistics and delivery teams to ensure on-time shipment arrivals.

Communicate with customers and transporters regarding dispatch schedules and any issues.

5. Operational Improvement:
Implement process improvements to enhance dispatch efficiency.

Resolve any issues that arise during the dispatch process.

6. Team Leadership:
Provide guidance and support to subordinates in their daily activities.

Communicate regularly with senior management and other supply chain members.

7. Record Maintenance:
Maintain all dispatch data in Monitor Plus and Pharma Suit, as well as in hard copy.

8. Warehouse Security:
Ensure the security and proper storage of all finished goods.

**Qualifications**:

- BBA/MBA in Supply Chain Management.
- Strong knowledge of dispatch and inventory management processes.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Proficient in relevant software and documentation requirements.

- Detail-oriented with a focus on operational excellence.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
