**Job Summary**:
We are looking for motivated and persuasive Voice Associates to join our sales team in a BPO setting. As a Voice Associate, your primary responsibility will be to make outbound sales calls, converting potential leads into customers by offering products or services tailored to their needs. You will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by achieving individual and team sales targets, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication and persuasion skills who thrive in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound sales calls to promote and sell the company’s products or services to potential or existing customers.
- Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and recommending suitable products or services.
- Achieve sales targets and quotas as set by the management.
- Use persuasive communication skills to influence and close sales.
- Follow up with prospective leads and manage the sales pipeline effectively to ensure consistent performance.
- Handle objections professionally and overcome customer hesitations to finalize sales.
- Work closely with the team to meet overall sales goals and contribute to company growth.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry trends to improve sales performance.
- Maintain professionalism and adhere to all company policies, including compliance with sales regulations.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred).
- Experience: Previous experience in sales, tele sales, or customer service (preferably in a BPO) is a strong advantage.
- Sales Skills: Excellent persuasive communication and negotiation skills, with a focus on achieving sales targets.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills with fluency in English.
- Result-Oriented: Motivated by targets and capable of working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work in shifts and adapt to changing processes or targets.
- Shift: 7:30 pm to 3:30 am
