Field Sales Officer

As a Field Sales Representative at E-Waste Mart Company, you will be responsible for generating sales and revenue by promoting and selling our e-waste management services and solutions to businesses and individuals in the Delhi area. Your primary objective will be to meet sales targets, build strong customer relationships, and contribute to the growth and success of the company.
**Responsibilities**:
- Prospect, identify, and qualify potential customers in the Delhi region.
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings and product presentations with prospective clients to demonstrate the value and benefits of our e-waste management services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts, reports, and market feedback to the sales manager.
- Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices, sales techniques, and market insights.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to effectively position our services and differentiate from competitors.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote the company's services.
- Collaborate with other departments such as operations and customer service to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Continuously enhance product knowledge and stay informed about new features, upgrades, and pricing changes.
**Requirements**:
- Proven work experience as a Field Sales Representative or similar role in the e-waste management, recycling, or related industry.
- Solid understanding of e-waste management processes, regulations, and environmental concerns.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and influence customers effectively.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the Delhi region.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Note: The Employee should have their Own Vehicle and Driving License.
