**Position Summary**
- Coach individuals to improve on various attributes such as speech, intonation, body language and behavior
- Passion for training and the ability to connect with employees
- Develop Training Manuals & defining process requirements leading towards certification of our Soft Skills Training programs
- Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills
- Team player with the ability to work in a fast-pace environment.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-pace environment.
- Adaptability & Flexibility to any environment

**Job duties and responsibilities**

Minimum experience of 3 years with 18 months of relevant experience in similar role
- Vocal and Verbal Communication Training
- Behavioral Skills Training
- Etiquette Coaching
- Personality Development Training
- Confidence Coaching
- Team Management and Motivation Training
- Public Speaking and Presentation Skills
- Self - Driven & Goal Oriented

**Desired Experience**
- Prior work experience in any Google process
- Worked for Google Cloud Platform or G suite or Google workspace processes in any capacity
- **Any cloud certification will be an added advantage**
- **Prior troubleshooting experience in product support specifically for business collaboration tools**
- **Good knowledge of google products and services example - Google Search, Google Maps, Google Cloud, Chrome, YouTube, Gmail, Google AdSense. Google Drive. Google Pixel, Google Public DNS, Google News, Google +, Google news and Google docs etc.**

**Education and other requirement**
- Any Graduate
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts
- 24X7 operations
- Flexible with Weekly Offs
- Ok for WFO - Bangalore Location
- Immediate Joiners

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
