of Steering/Suspension components & other Automotive and non-automotive Components, since

1971.

We have a manufacturing plant covering an area of 56,700 sq feet in Gurgaon, precisely 4Km before

Manesar industrial area, INDIA.

As far as Steering & Suspension are concerned, we have more than 350 designs of the same and supplying

to more than 10 OEM’s in INDIA.

The plant is equipped with an Art of house manufacturing machines like CNCs, VMCs (including 4Axis),

Hydraulic presses, Induction Hardening (upto 1mtr), Centerless & Cylindrical Grinding, and Drilling with INHOUSE

testing machines such as TORQUE TESTING MACHINE, AXIAL PLAY TESTING MACHINE, 4axis

ENDURANCE TESTING MACHINE, and UNIVERSAL TESTING MACHINE which test the Joints to their extreme

wear and tear.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Read technical drawings and set up the machines in accordance with these blueprints
- Use computer software to model cutting paths and program machines accordingly
- Perform quality assurance tests to ensure products meet design specifications
- Adjust machine cutting paths or settings to optimize production while maintaining quality
- Consider tools required to cut particular materials and program machines accordingly
- Troubleshoot and resolve problems with machines as they arise
- Perform basic machine maintenance such as cleaning and sharpening
- Should have experience in programming of Milling and turning.
- Should have manual programming knowledge of Mitsubishi controls from 2D

drawings

Qualification

Diploma in CNC programming/ Btech / Mtech

Experience

2- 4 years

Key Competencies
- Ability to read and interpret design blueprints.
- Extensive experience with computer modeling software.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and stick to a deadline.
- Experience of handling cnc machine for Steering suspension industry
