**Job Description**:

- Manage and supervise the CNC machine shop operations, including planning, organizing, and overseeing the production processes
- Ensure the timely completion of production orders while maintaining high-quality standards
- Coordinate with the engineering team to review project specifications and develop efficient machining strategies
- Optimize machine shop workflows and implement process improvements to enhance productivity
- Monitor and control inventory levels of raw materials and tooling to meet production requirements
- Train, mentor, and develop machine shop staff to ensure a highly skilled and motivated workforce
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment, adhering to all safety regulations and protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as quality control and maintenance, to resolve production issues
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in CNC machining technology and implement best practices in the machine shop.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
