- Be the first point of contact for people reaching out to Heart It Out for support across multiple platforms- Support the team at Heart It Out to improve and maintain timely communications.- Track all communications on phone, whats-app and google my business.- Follow up with clients for payments, tracking offline appointments and updating invoices.Checking and follow ups for cart abandonments.
- Handle refund, session rescheduling, session booking, sharing links.- Answer queries related to session, therapists available, their profile and support with booking.
Delegate work to respective departments based on outbound communications.
